Previous issues remain subject to the licensing terms under which they were originally published.

Open Access Policy:

Vivienda y Comunidades Sustentables is committed to an open access policy, providing immediate, permanent, and unrestricted access to all its contents. All published articles are freely available online and may be read, downloaded, consulted, and shared without charge or embargo by any user.

Vivienda y Comunidades Sustentables does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, copyediting, editing, publication, or distribution of articles. Likewise, the journal does not provide financial compensation to authors for published contributions.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0 (Attribution-NonCommercial) license.

Under this license, users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of the articles published in this journal, provided that such use is for academic purposes, appropriate credit is given to the authors, and the original source of publication is properly cited.
