Abstract
Zachary B. Lamb, profesor de la Universidad de California (UC) Berkeley, y Lawrence J. Vale, profesor del Instituto Tecnológico de Massachusetts (MIT), presentan en el libro “La ciudad resiliente y equitativa”, una obra que aborda uno de los desafíos más apremiantes de nuestro tiempo: la intersección entre la justicia social y la adaptación climática en entornos urbanos. A través del análisis exhaustivo de doce casos de intervenciones globales en planificación y diseño urbano, los autores develan las complejidades inherentes a la construcción de resiliencia urbana con un enfoque en la equidad.
