Section Policies

Editorial

The Editorial section is managed by the Director, Editor-in-Chief, or Deputy Editor and aims to present reflections, perspectives, or relevant information regarding the journal and its field of study. This section does not accept external contributions and is not subject to peer review.

Research Articles

The journal publishes original, previously unpublished articles presenting research results, research progress, or significant theoretical contributions in the fields of architecture, urban planning, engineering, design, social sciences, and related disciplines concerning housing, sustainable communities, and territory.

Manuscripts must be grounded in a solid conceptual and methodological framework, present clearly supported results and conclusions, and include a specialized, up-to-date bibliography. Articles should range from 5,000 to 10,000 words in length.

All articles undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Book Reviews

Book reviews aim to provide a critical assessment of books relevant to the journal's field of study. These texts should be between 1,300 and 2,000 words in length.

Reviews are evaluated by the editorial team and are not subject to the peer review process.

The majority of the content published by the journal consists of peer-reviewed research articles.
