reviewAbstract
It is an honor to present such a relevant work both in terms of subject and timing. The present book, Studies on energy and environment in architecture, coordinated by Dr. María Guadalupe Alpuche Cruz and published by the University of Sonora in 2019, compiles five case studies that offer us strategies and practical tools to improve the environment built. This text is of particular relevance precisely at this time when sustainability has gained relevance in the architectural and urban endeavors. However, although it seems to be everywhere, sustainability is still a difficult concept to operationalize. The cases presented in this book are of particular importance regarding this effect.Metrics
